As of 27th June, Which? is touring all over the UK to offer advice to anyone suffering from slow broadband speeds, drop outs and poor service. Their chariot of choice? The Fix Bad Broadband van, one of our very own exhibition units! This self-drive Ranger vehicle has been kitted out with a bespoke full wrap to the exterior and customised internal branding.
From the reliable safety of our van, the Which? team will be able to focus on their mission to hear all about the public’s experiences with their various broadband providers. No matter where you are or who provides your connection, if you’ve had any issues with customer service or connectivity, Which? want to hear all about it.
The Fix Bad Broadband van will be visiting rural and urban areas all over the UK - sometimes covering three locations in one day - to talk to you. As well as listening to your experiences and concerns, the team will be providing customers with a free speed checker tool, which has already been used by over 300,000 internet users to check their broadband speed.
The team have already visited a number of locations, including Brecon, Tiverton and Eastbourne - but there’s still time to meet them! Just check out the itinerary for their last few days of travel below:
High Peak – 4 July
