We had been looking forward to exhibit our exhibition units at the Event Production Show (EPS) since we visited last year and what do you know, it’s already over! It was great to meet so many amazing people and discover unique businesses and talent from all around the globe.
This year we decided to flaunt our latest cool and quirky exhibition unit, PromoCan. As the name suggests, the PromoCan is a mobile promotional drinks can unit, which expresses originality of the brand. Feedback from our clients is consistently observing the need for event structures that were unique and expressed originality of the brand, hence the creation of the coolest event can on earth, PromoCan.
The best way of getting product feedback is by taking the product directly to your customers, so by taking the PromoCan Event Unit to the #EPS2018 helped increase awareness of the PromoCan and find out what people think about it. The PromoCan promotional unit is exclusive to us here at The Events Structure and it is designed to be used by alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks brands for sampling and retailing purposes.
From both days of the #EPS2018, Wednesday 28th February and Thursday 1st March, we received brilliant reactions to the PromoCan from the public and from many bar retailers, experiential marketer’s etc. They particularly loved the quirky look of the mobile promotional unit and we found that showcasing the PromoCan certainly lead to many heads turning at the #EPS2018.
When informing the event attendees about the PromoCan, they particularly loved the fact that the PromoCan can be towed with your own car if you have a valid driver’s license, so there’s no need for a third party driver. It was great to see people becoming actively involved with PromoCan by taking pictures of it and sharing it. People also took pictures with the PromoCan and said that they couldn’t wait to show their friends/families. We even got a few enquiries from people who wanted to buy the PromoCan, but unfortunately, the PromoCan is only available to hire!

Our extremely popular Champions upcycled event container has been used by big brands in the past like Hennessy, MasterCard etc. This is one of the reasons why we took this event container to the Event Production Show. As we predicted, the colossal Champions Event Container didn’t fail to impress the crowds.
The Event Container received great feedback from agencies and many production companies, where various brands found it to be an ‘ideal’ event structure for events etc. The LED brand wall was widely appreciated by the event attendees, where one even person said ‘the LED wall creates a great lively atmosphere, I love it’. Customers also loved that the LED branded wall helped increase brand awareness from afar. The spacious Champions Shipping Containers proximity to the ground and ramps provided helped us to communicate with people who required disabled access to enter the Event Container, which also helped increase our brand influence to a larger audience.
When speaking to the audience, asking them what they thought of the promotional event container, people found it to be very eye-catching due to the LED wall and the interior of the lower container, which was branded around The Events Structure. People also found it to be a welcoming and stand out Event Structure, where a few people agreed ‘this stand is one of the most attractive ones here today’, due to the presence of the Champions Shipping Container.
The Champions Event container was painted with a matte white finish to stand out at the #EPS2018 and to be recognised by the public. The 6 metre LED wall displayed The Events Structure logo as well some images associated with our brand. The Shipping Container was overall praised for its energetic presence and spacious interior.
