Britain is a nation of dog lovers, so a festival for dogs means only one thing: a barking good time! DogFest, which is the UK’s only summer festival for dogs, was held in June across two sites: Arley Hall in Cheshire and Knebworth House in Hertfordshire. The festival - which offers visitors and their dogs an action-packed day out - included plenty of activities, expert advice, shopping, live music and much more.
Supervet Noel Fitzpatrick hosted the festival and presented a live show, sharing the latest advances in the veterinary profession and recounting heart-warming tales, as well as success stories from his popular Channel 4 show - and we got to be a part of it!
The Events Structure was called in by our client Bugler Smith who was working on behalf of the headline sponsor of DogFest, Vets4Pets. Bugler Smith is a fully integrated communications company that offers a variety of services - including outstanding digital and events experiences.
Vets4Pets is part of the Pets At Home group and currently has 388 practices across the UK - which are dedicated to providing convenient and local pet care to thousands of pets each and every day. For The Events Structure, it was a huge honour to be involved.
We were asked to provide and fit a Statement container that would be used to create a family engagement area. This would be a space where pet owners would be offered advice and support on how to take the best care of their pets - and since this was a family-friendly event, our event container also hosted a health check zone for the dogs and an interactive play area for the children.
The Events Structure supplied and fitted a Statement container which was fully customised and branded with bespoke graphics fitting in with the Vets4Pets brand - thanks to the highly skilled graphic designers at Bugler Smith. We also included flags on top of the container for high level branding and to ensure that the area could be spotted across the festival site.
The Statement upcycled shipping container opens to the front, providing a wide entrance for visitors and their four-legged friends to be able to comfortably manoeuvre around in.
