New Tension Fabric Framework for More Sustainable Graphics and Application
A move into a more sustainable future, all shipping container products, excluding Showroom, Studio and Studio Premium customised container models, have now been fitted with an interior rear wall and right-hand bulkhead stud wall system containing a tension fabric framework.

This new wall system allows for graphic work to be printed on Blackback textiles, replacing the old model of Foamex panels. Not only does this make for a smoother appearance, but Blackback textiles are 100% polyester and recyclable.
Foamex is a PVC-based product which is harmful to the environment. The AMC Dibond panels have metal and plastic composites that are durable and have longevity, meaning they don't break down, making them harmful to the environment.
Blackback material is more lightweight, and throughout the life span of the product, from creation to disposal, less impactful on the environment. The sustainable fabric is made from consumer-derived recyclable materials - where the material is not recycled, can be disposed of, and burnt as fuel, giving off a similar amount of energy per tonne as coal.
The tension fabric framework system allows for easy placement and removal of the graphics, allowing for reuse for other events. Foamex is singular use, and an event series would require multiple prints.
Another benefit of the system is the slats are aluminium and recyclable if removed from the container. These are reusable, reducing the fitting requirements and CO2.
