With the F1 season fast approaching, Oracle Red Bull Racing is offering the chance for young adults to "join the team" through a new summer internship programme, offering six three-month internships to successful candidates.
The campaign aims to make motorsport more accessible, demonstrating that people from all walks of life have a chance to work within the F1. The internship programme coincides with a special edition F1 themed 250ml drink available in all major retailers.
As part of this recruitment drive, Redbull has hired our Showcase customised container to tour supermarkets around the UK and invite "ordinary" people with no racing background to go on their Formula One simulator and see if race car driving is for them.
Constructed using a 20' ISO shipping container conversion, the Showroom customised container has a large hydraulic stage that provides the perfect platform to showcase the Red Bull Racing RB16 Formula One racing car Max Verstappen was driving when he won the 2021 Formula One World Championship.
The tour started Thursday, 31st March and finishes today, Monday, 11th April and has visited supermarkets in Liverpool, Milton Keynes, Leeds, Dagenham, Leicester and Doncaster.
The pop-up activation has proved incredibly popular, with shoppers stopping to see the 2021 Formula One World Championship winning car and try their hand on the Formula One car simulator. The brand activation was a great way to drive awareness of their recruitment campaign through gamification and build customer loyalty ahead of the F1 season.
Showroom is a contemporary way to exhibit your brand and leave a lasting impression on customers. The customised container conversion stage provides exceptional space for a host of applications, including product demonstration, sampling, retailing and hospitality.
The interior walls provide an excellent graphic opportunity for branding and product messages, helping deliver a huge onsite presence on location and during transit.
